Key Responsibilities: Your Impact

As a Content Operations Associate, your daily mission is to ensure that Einhell’s products look flawless and carry accurate information across all global digital storefronts. More specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Organize and adapt materials and texts for optimal product presentation on ecommerce platforms and Amazon.
• Manage and maintain product information and data within internal systems and tools. Check and upload content (texts, images, and other materials) efficiently.
• Basic editing and optimization of product images to ensure top-tier online presentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, retail partners, and engineers to align on product status and technical documentation.
• Ensure accurate and high-quality translations (English to German) for product ontent, coordinating closely with translation agencies and international subsidiaries.
• Update tasks via Jira, track content metrics, and utilize tools such as MS Excel, and Outlook for daily content operations.
   

Requirements: What you bring

For this Content Operations Associate position, we are looking for a meticulous professional with a passion for e-commerce operations and exceptional language skills.

• Language Mastery (The Core Requirement): Near-native or fluent German (written and spoken) is mandatory. This is your primary language of communication within the company. A simple C2 certification is not enough; you must possess complete comfort and fluency in professional corporate communication. Fluency in English is also required.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Focus on task completion, accuracy in data management, and content optimization. You spot the small mistakes others miss.
• Technical & Digital Literacy: Confident in using digital tools. Quick adaptability with tools such as Jira, MS Excel and Outlook is required.
• E-commerce Awareness: Prior experience or familiarity with e-commerce platforms is considered a strong plus.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration with cross-functional and international teams

Daily Tasks Include:

• Updating and uploading content to Amazon or e-commerce platforms.
• Editing of texts and images, including basic use of Photoshop.
• Monitoring product tasks via Jira and maintaining accurate updates.
• Utilizing tools such as Loadbee, Power BI, MS Excel, and Outlook for content operations.
